Debaprosad Dev had in the 8thth minute some difficulties stopping Anudara Bhutia's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Internet Explorer's goal looked a bit too open when Anudara Bhutia came free, but Debaprosad Dev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Internet Explorer's Anandaprada Kaur got a free kick in the 10th minute. Karajala Takkar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Debaprosad Dev having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Rajendran Grewal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Debaprosad Dev. Internet Explorer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rajendran Grewal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After having played for 22 minutes, Rajendran Grewal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mangotsfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rajendran Grewal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karajala Takkar in the 23rd minute of play forced Internet Explorer's goalkeeper Debaprosad Dev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jasavira Dhotre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andha Pabley in the 25th minute. After having played for 29 minutes, Karajala Takkar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mangotsfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karajala Takkar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Debaprosad Dev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karajala Takkar in the 31st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Andha Pabley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Internet Explorer's supporters rose to their feet, but Andha Pabley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jasavira Dhotre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 38 minutes of play, Mangotsfield's Rajendran Grewal made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Debaprosad Dev was left in no man's land by his defense there! Karajala Takkar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andha Pabley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th match minute, Internet Explorer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambaka Khattri to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Internet Explorer's Harpinder Bhaura got a free kick in the 49th minute. 50 minutes into the match, Internet Explorer's goal looked a bit too open when Anudara Bhutia came free, but Debaprosad Dev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karajala Takkar to make the kick off. In the 58th minute, Karajala Takkar fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a rather tough play, Mangotsfield's Bisambharnatha Denhoy got a free kick in the 61st minute. Jasavira Dhotre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Govindarajan Chahil in the 62nd minute of the match. Rajendran Grewal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Debaprosad Dev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Debaprosad Dev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karajala Takkar, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. When Mangotsfield's Rajendran Grewal in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Internet Explorer's goalie prevented a goal. Debaprosad Dev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karajala Takkar, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. A collision led to Internet Explorer getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Govindarajan Chahil hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Karajala Takkar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Debaprosad Dev. That made the score 0-4 in the 97 minute of play. The Internet Explorer supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mangotsfield's performance. The match ended with a win for Mangotsfield.
