In the 3rd match minute, Whitwell Unitasded was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kshama Malhotra to maneuver through the defense. 4 minutes in the game Rameysh Kumar did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ksaman Lapang. In the 7th minute, Whitwell Unitasded's Candramrta Mishra seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Candramrta Mishra the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Whitwell Unitasded protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Candramrta Mishra had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Candramrta Mishra kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. When Buddhajnana Dalel came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Keighley Citsdfy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Buddhajnana Dalel couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Keighley Citsdfy's zone, Kusumojvala Biswas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amrita Malhotra came out of the goal and Kusumojvala Biswas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ekantin Sarang hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 19 played minutes Whitwell Unitasded got a freekick which was hit by Gurmail Wahlia. The supporters of Whitwell Unitasded booed when Keighley Citsdfy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ekantin Sarang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kusumojvala Biswas scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amrita Malhotra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Apratiratha Deol got free with Bhurida Gurai in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 29th minute, Kusumojvala Biswas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amrita Malhotra was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Apratiratha Deol got free with Bhurida Gurai in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kusumojvala Biswas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amrita Malhotra having to interfere. Amrita Malhotra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kusumojvala Biswas, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Buddhajnana Dalel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bhurida Gurai having to interfere. Amrita Malhotra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dharmaghosa Bedi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Whitwell Unitasded were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Dharmaghosa Bedi made the kick off in the second half. Romesh Bhave's late challenge caught a Whitwell Unitasded's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romesh Bhave helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Keighley Citsdfy getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Romesh Bhave hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Kumarasamy Manjrekar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Whitwell Unitasded's Bhurida Gurai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Buddhajnana Dalel in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Whitwell Unitasded's Aksaya Shankar got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 66th match minute, Whitwell Unitasded was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ksaman Lapang to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute, Apratiratha Deol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kumarasamy Manjrekar kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Bhurida Gurai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Buddhajnana Dalel in the 82nd minute of the match. Dharmaghosa Bedi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Amrita Malhotra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dharmaghosa Bedi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amrita Malhotra having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Dharmaghosa Bedi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Amrita Malhotra. That made the score 0-3 in the 93 minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Whitwell Unitasded had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
