Amrita Malhotra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aryaman Khanna in the 8th minute of play. Hita Jha received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amrita Malhotra came out and tried to block the shot, but Hita Jha slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. Bhrajathu Kelkar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amrita Malhotra came out and tried to block the shot, but Bhrajathu Kelkar slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Keighley Citsdfy's goalkeeper Amrita Malhotra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hita Jha. If Aryaman Khanna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Southend's goal looked a bit too open when Buddhajnana Dalel came free, but Ardra Reel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 played minutes Keighley Citsdfy got a freekick which was hit by Jajal Krishnan. After a defensive mix-up in Southend's zone, Kotisvara Sidhu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ardra Reel came out of the goal and Kotisvara Sidhu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hita Jha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Amrita Malhotra made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Buddhajnana Dalel in the 37th minute of play forced Southend's goalkeeper Ardra Reel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amrita Malhotra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bhrajathu Kelkar in the 42nd minute. 45 minutes into the game, Ajalika Uppal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Southend's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Keighley Citsdfy the free kick. In the 45th minute, one of Southend:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Southend. Buddhajnana Dalel placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Buddhajnana Dalel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Southend's goal looked a bit too open when Apratiratha Deol came free, but Ardra Reel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amrita Malhotra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bhrajathu Kelkar in the 59th minute of the match. Amrita Malhotra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bhrajathu Kelkar went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Amrita Malhotra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bhrajathu Kelkar in the 75th minute of the match. Buddhajnana Dalel took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ardra Reel. Ardra Reel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 82nd minute, Buddhajnana Dalel made a precise shot to the right of Ardra Reel. Southend's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Amrita Malhotra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hita Jha in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, Durvarana Reddy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Southend's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Keighley Citsdfy the free kick. After 91 played minutes Southend got a freekick which was hit by Durvarana Reddy. Keighley Citsdfy's Amrita Malhotra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aryaman Khanna in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Southend had played much better football throughout.
