Bhurida Gurai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abhyudaya Rattu in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Whitwell Unitasded's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Indrarajan Kapoor was slow to take the kick. During this time Tollygunge Agragami's players had a chance to rest. Bhurida Gurai was a little too slow when Abhyudaya Rattu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Tollygunge Agragami's Abhyudaya Rattu in the 27th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Bhurida Gurai was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Whitwell Unitasded through an amazing save. 30 minutes into the match, Tollygunge Agragami's Abhyudaya Rattu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bhurida Gurai narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amarajita Khatter hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Dharmaghosa Bedi made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Dharmaghosa Bedi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Whitwell Unitasded and the Tollygunge Agragami players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dharmaghosa Bedi hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Bhurida Gurai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abhyudaya Rattu in the 71st minute of the match. If Kusumojvala Biswas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Tollygunge Agragami's zone, Kusumojvala Biswas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claude Persoons came out of the goal and Kusumojvala Biswas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bhurida Gurai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abhyudaya Rattu in the 89th minute of play. Gurmail Wahlia hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. A collision led to Whitwell Unitasded getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Kshama Malhotra hit a great ball. Tollygunge Agragami were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Whitwell Unitasded for a fine match.
