In the 12th minute, Yongyuth Namwang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Fairfax United's goal looked a bit too open when Chatchapol Tubtimsri came free, but Wirak Boonchoo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Chanyut Kantongdee recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Samak Ngamdan. Chanyut Kantongdee showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After some careless play in the Ban Mae Pa Nae defense, Chanyut Kantongdee kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Samak Ngamdan. The Ban Mae Pa Nae fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Samak Ngamdan should have stopped the shot. Samak Ngamdan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yongyuth Namwang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wittayu Harnsri kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The supporters of Ban Mae Pa Nae booed when Fairfax United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sompol Intamas didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chanyut Kantongdee made a kick off. If Yongyuth Namwang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chanyut Kantongdee blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samak Ngamdan having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sumethee Wongwanitsakul got free with Wirak Boonchoo in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Weerachai Koomlarp during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 90 minutes, Sompol Intamas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fairfax United and the Ban Mae Pa Nae players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute of the match Wiitawach Jansri shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wirak Boonchoo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Fairfax United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
