With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wittawath Boriboonphun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes into the match, Chang Thai's goal looked a bit too open when Chaiyaphon Saltikulnukarn came free, but Wittawath Boriboonphun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ban Tum Nua's Chaiyaphon Saltikulnukarn managed to work through Chang Thai's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Chaiyaphon Saltikulnukarn dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. If Jak Poolsawad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. Samai Panbue showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niwat Chananarong in the 40th minute of the match. When Sitthachat Dangsagul fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chang Thai's protests and gave Sitthachat Dangsagul a yellow card for diving instead. After 41 played minutes Chang Thai got a freekick which was hit by Sitthachat Dangsagul. Jak Poolsawad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jak Poolsawad in the 46th minute of play forced Chang Thai's goalkeeper Wittawath Boriboonphun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
