Koronis Corona scored 2-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlo Petrini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koronis Corona in the 17th minute of play forced Olympique de Marseille's goalkeeper Carlo Petrini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Killian Armada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chanboon Saedan in the 19th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as HuaHin City's Koronis Corona slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carlo Petrini. That made the score 3-0 after 24 minutes of play. Killian Armada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sadayut Thanateerasud in the 39th minute of the match. Koronis Corona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Carlo Petrini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, HuaHin City's Heriberto Haedo got a free kick in the 45th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as HuaHin City's Koronis Corona slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carlo Petrini. That made the score 5-0 after 47 minutes of play. HuaHin City's Donny Slot was substituted for Heriberto Haedo. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Koronis Corona to strike the kick off in the second half. Koronis Corona might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlo Petrini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Koronis Corona ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Olympique de Marseille defense, Koronis Corona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlo Petrini. The Olympique de Marseille fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlo Petrini should have stopped the shot. Pongsakorn Pimphapun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Killian Armada made a huge save. Carlo Petrini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koronis Corona in the 67th minute of the match.
