That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. After 9 minutes, Butet Kusnadi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tembeling and the Madoea FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tembeling's Butet Kusnadi got a free kick in the 9th minute. Elfonda Anjasmara's late challenge caught a Madoea FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elfonda Anjasmara helped the player get up and apologised. Elfonda Anjasmara kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Heru Wilmansyah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adar Ginanjar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, Tembeling's Butet Kusnadi made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adar Ginanjar was left in no man's land by his defense there! With an all-out effort, Madoea FC's Oman Budikusuma threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Djati Hardianto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Madoea FC's Adar Ginanjar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elfonda Anjasmara in the 38th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Reza Nurpijal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Djati Hardianto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Tembeling's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Madoea FC the free kick. In the 95th match minute, Tembeling was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nadjib Napitupulu to maneuver through the defense. Oman Budikusuma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Djati Hardianto, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
