After a rather tough play, Bamol FC's Abas Bagjanata got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 25thth minute of the game Andri Kartiko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bamol FC's Kahar Sumirat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Hanung Haryono cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Cliff Kartolo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cliff Kartolo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 35th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Abas Bagjanata. After some careless play in the Bamol FC defense, Sandy Sudaryono kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kahar Sumirat. The Bamol FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kahar Sumirat should have stopped the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
