Iman Arwana hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Bamol FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Assis came free, but Kahar Sumirat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Suryo Tanjung's late challenge caught a Soepai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Suryo Tanjung helped the player get up and apologised. Bernardo Assis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Stefan Surianto might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kahar Sumirat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stefan Surianto ran back to his position shaking his head. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hanung Haryono to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Bamol FC's Septian Affandy got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After some careless play in the Bamol FC defense, Bernardo Assis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kahar Sumirat. The Bamol FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kahar Sumirat should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Assis in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kahar Sumirat saved Bamol FC from getting behind. Stefan Surianto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Kahar Sumirat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefan Surianto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kahar Sumirat having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stefan Surianto in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kahar Sumirat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70thth minute of the game Bernardo Assis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bamol FC's Kahar Sumirat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oyon Gunawan's late challenge caught a Soepai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oyon Gunawan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Soepai booed when Bamol FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Surianto took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kahar Sumirat. Kahar Sumirat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Kahar Sumirat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Assis's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Soepai's Bernardo Assis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kahar Sumirat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bernardo Assis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kahar Sumirat having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Soepai had played much better football throughout.
