Giripurwo FC's Diki Ginting played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karel Chaniago in the 9th minute of play. Pangleseran FC's Didik Pramana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Suwita Simpatiaji in the 12th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Suwita Zulhaji managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pangleseran FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Suwita Zulhaji was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diki Ginting breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pangleseran FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Teten Listiyantoro was slow to take the kick. During this time Giripurwo FC's players had a chance to rest. 31 minutes into the match, Giripurwo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Karel Chaniago came free, but Diki Ginting reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Suwita Simpatiaji's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Didik Pramana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Suwita Simpatiaji might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Didik Pramana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Suwita Simpatiaji ran back to his position shaking his head. Pangleseran FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Suwita Simpatiaji scored to the left of an out of position Didik Pramana, making the score, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Giripurwo FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Adjat Danuarta hit a great ball. Adjat Danuarta hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Suwita Simpatiaji in the 67th minute of play forced Pangleseran FC's goalkeeper Didik Pramana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Didik Pramana came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Giripurwo FC's Fajri Ryacudu. But to his dismay, Fajri Ryacudu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The supporters of Pangleseran FC booed when Giripurwo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adjat Danuarta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adjat Danuarta kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Didik Pramana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Suwita Simpatiaji in the 77th minute of play. After 82 played minutes Pangleseran FC got a freekick which was hit by Munawar Noya. After 87 played minutes Pangleseran FC got a freekick which was hit by April Hasanuddin.
