After 24 minutes of play, Dhanjs FC's Robin Wilza made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Khalis Kamandanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Robin Wilza struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Khalis Kamandanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dhanjs FC. After 34 played minutes PS Tajuk got a freekick which was hit by Arsyad Durahman. 36 minutes into the match, Dhanjs FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iswadi Tambunan came free, but Bagindo Laksana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iswadi Tambunan was the one to do the kick off. When Iswadi Tambunan fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PS Tajuk's protests and gave Iswadi Tambunan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Dhanjs FC booed when PS Tajuk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iswadi Tambunan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Khalis Kamandanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronny Amiruddin's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. After a defensive mix-up in PS Tajuk's zone, Robin Wilza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Khalis Kamandanu came out of the goal and Robin Wilza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bagindo Laksana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iswadi Tambunan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bagindo Laksana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iswadi Tambunan went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Robin Wilza struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Khalis Kamandanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dhanjs FC. Dhanjs FC played a much better game than PS Tajuk and deserved their victory. The PS Tajuk players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
