The corner led BlazeBuster's Hanafi Sulistianto to fire away a dangerous shot which Boaz Songgonau despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tono Pambudi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lelo Suryolaksono stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vennard Yuliandi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boaz Songgonau having to interfere. Tono Pambudi might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boaz Songgonau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tono Pambudi ran back to his position shaking his head. Yuli Rumba charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yuli Rumba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hanung Pramana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bertha Samiaji had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruhut Ardiansyah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lelo Suryolaksono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Hanung Pramana managed to get in a good position for a shot. BlazeBuster's supporters rose to their feet, but Hanung Pramana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boaz Songgonau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hanung Pramana in the 95th minute of play forced PSS Fangowenna's goalkeeper Boaz Songgonau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. BlazeBuster fully deserved thier win.
