But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eman Sophian couldn't finish the play. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Empoerang's goalkeeper Rebiyana Karisma, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rebiyana Karisma made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Eman Sophian sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nono Poerwonegoro in the 25th minute of play forced Empoerang's goalkeeper Rebiyana Karisma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nono Poerwonegoro to make the kick off. A hard shot 57 in the game by Hendi Sitanggang from a close distance when the talented Ernest Schandel managed to make a qualified save. QuinFarraz SC's players were relieved. Empoerang's Rebiyana Karisma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nono Poerwonegoro in the 73rd minute of play. If Eman Sophian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Empoerang getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. M. Agus Suwandi hit a great ball. Karsten Weilby, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Nono Poerwonegoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nono Poerwonegoro in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rebiyana Karisma prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nono Poerwonegoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rebiyana Karisma having to interfere. Rebiyana Karisma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nono Poerwonegoro in the 94th minute of the match. Nono Poerwonegoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Rebiyana Karisma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. QuinFarraz SC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
