Paulus Subiyakto was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Ichwan Dinanto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Paulus Subiyakto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Awa Tendean in the 69th minute of the match. After having played for 71 minutes, Munawir Daryana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PSI Tatelu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Munawir Daryana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute of the match, Mukti Irawan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Reynaldo Maia saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. PSI Tatelu's Mamiek Wiryawan got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Awa Tendean in the 82nd minute of play forced PSI Tatelu's goalkeeper Paulus Subiyakto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute Ichwan Dinanto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulus Subiyakto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, PSI Tatelu's goal looked a bit too open when Acep Handoko came free, but Paulus Subiyakto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. PSI Tatelu's Paulus Subiyakto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Awa Tendean in the 86th minute of play. In the 91st minute Acep Handoko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulus Subiyakto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PSI Tatelu's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
