Dasep Sitanggang hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Yus Bramantio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leszek Laba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yus Bramantio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Urruti who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Stevanus Darwis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luis Urruti was the one to do the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dasep Sitanggang couldn't finish the play. Luis Urruti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Urruti in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stevanus Darwis saved Putra Wamberimi from getting behind. Luis Urruti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 79th minute, May Mangkulangit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guguh Hardjasoemantri charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guguh Hardjasoemantri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Putra Wamberimi getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jakarta Wanderers FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
