The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kuntet Arbi during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Jakarta Wanderers FC's Kuntet Arbi got a free kick in the 4th minute. Blind Spot's Igus Kapisa got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 7thth minute of the game Luis Urruti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blind Spot's 李宇默 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 8th minute, Per-Oskar Hellgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Jakarta Wanderers FC's Luis Urruti in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 17thth minute of the game Igus Kapisa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jakarta Wanderers FC's Leszek Laba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Per-Oskar Hellgren came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Blind Spot fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per-Oskar Hellgren couldn't finish the play. Leszek Laba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wempy Dion, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After some careless play in the Jakarta Wanderers FC defense, Per-Oskar Hellgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leszek Laba. The Jakarta Wanderers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leszek Laba should have stopped the shot. Leszek Laba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wempy Dion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Boyke Solossa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Blind Spot booed when Jakarta Wanderers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakob Rumangkit didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute Igus Kapisa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Laba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jakarta Wanderers FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Egbert de Haan was slow to take the kick. During this time Blind Spot's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Jakarta Wanderers FC's goalie and right to Henry Hardjasoemantri. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Jakarta Wanderers FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 45th minute, Per-Oskar Hellgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blind Spot fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4.

Leszek Laba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Oskar Hellgren in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Luke Skywalker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 55 minutes into the match, Per-Oskar Hellgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leszek Laba. Jakarta Wanderers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Per-Oskar Hellgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Jakarta Wanderers FC's Leszek Laba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Oskar Hellgren in the 59th minute of play. Igus Kapisa might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leszek Laba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igus Kapisa ran back to his position shaking his head. 64 minutes into the game, Boyke Solossa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leszek Laba. Boyke Solossa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. In the 69th minute Wempy Dion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leszek Laba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Blind Spot's Boyke Solossa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leszek Laba. That made the score 0-7 after 71 minutes of play. Per-Oskar Hellgren scored 0-8 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leszek Laba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Leszek Laba successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Igus Kapisa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Leszek Laba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boyke Solossa in the 83rd minute of play forced Jakarta Wanderers FC's goalkeeper Leszek Laba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Per-Oskar Hellgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leszek Laba was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. When the match was over Blind Spot could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Jakarta Wanderers FC throughout the match.
