Spectators: 8445 (Terracing: 6335, Seating: 1942, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Albertus Kotto started the match with the kick off. Albertus Kotto took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martinus Tauhid. Martinus Tauhid dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Nestor Plourde hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Academy Aqua FC's Warsidi Waringin got a free kick in the 11th minute. Hasan Hutauruk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Dimas Pahlevi made a huge save. Martinus Tauhid came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Academy Aqua FC's Albertus Kotto. But to his dismay, Albertus Kotto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Syamsul Riyadi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Martinus Tauhid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albertus Kotto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martinus Tauhid having to interfere. Martinus Tauhid stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albertus Kotto's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hasan Hutauruk in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dimas Pahlevi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Samai Taufiqurrahman kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37thth minute of the game Albertus Kotto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kobis FC's Martinus Tauhid was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Kobis FC booed when Academy Aqua FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kasino Bastari didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Academy Aqua FC's Syamsul Riyadi got a free kick in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yudho Jeliteng in the 46th minute of play forced Academy Aqua FC's goalkeeper Dimas Pahlevi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 48 played minutes Academy Aqua FC got a freekick which was hit by Giring Poerwonegoro. After the first half Academy Aqua FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hasan Hutauruk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kobis FC's Martinus Tauhid proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Kobis FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albertus Kotto in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martinus Tauhid prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kobis FC's Martinus Tauhid proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Kobis FC from getting a goal against them. Dimas Pahlevi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hasan Hutauruk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rinto Badranaya fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Academy Aqua FC's protests and gave Rinto Badranaya a yellow card for diving instead. Rinto Badranaya kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hasan Hutauruk in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dimas Pahlevi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 78 minutes of play, Kobis FC's Samai Taufiqurrahman made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dimas Pahlevi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Syamsul Riyadi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Martinus Tauhid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Syamsul Riyadi got free with Martinus Tauhid in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute, Trisno Taufiqurrahman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dimas Pahlevi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasan Hutauruk in the 90th minute of play. The supporters of Kobis FC booed when Academy Aqua FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Warsidi Waringin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Academy Aqua FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hasan Hutauruk came free, but Dimas Pahlevi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Academy Aqua FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Academy Aqua FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
