The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Seto Syafruddin during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th minute of the match Syamsul Rinaldi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mahyadi Sutrisna showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Emmanuel Suarlan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 5 minutes into the match. 5 minutes into the game, one of PSB Haoetimoen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Durian FC a penalty, 7 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Syamsul Rinaldi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of PSB Haoetimoen's Mahyadi Sutrisna. 1-0. 15 minutes into the game, Syamsul Rinaldi lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Mahyadi Sutrisna. Thanks to some nice moves Syamsul Rinaldi could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Mahyadi Sutrisna however easily saved by the left post. In the 22ndth minute of the game M. Andik Sumadipraja who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PSB Haoetimoen's Mahyadi Sutrisna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the match, PSB Haoetimoen's goal looked a bit too open when Asdi Kusnadi came free, but Mahyadi Sutrisna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mahyadi Sutrisna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from M. Andik Sumadipraja in the 26th minute of the match. A collision led to PSB Haoetimoen getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Lucky Subagio hit a great ball. If M. Andik Sumadipraja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, PSB Haoetimoen's goal looked a bit too open when M. Andik Sumadipraja came free, but Mahyadi Sutrisna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mahyadi Sutrisna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from M. Andik Sumadipraja, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute, Egi Asmawan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by M. Andik Sumadipraja in the 47th minute of play forced PSB Haoetimoen's goalkeeper Mahyadi Sutrisna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. M. Andik Sumadipraja was the one to do the kick off. Andik Sumadipraja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Mahyadi Sutrisna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. M. Andik Sumadipraja's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mahyadi Sutrisna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. When Rafli Samosir came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the PSB Haoetimoen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafli Samosir couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Durian FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Fadel Sutrisna hit a great ball. Rafli Samosir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Can Keep having to interfere. In the 87th match minute, Durian FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asdi Kusnadi to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the game, PSB Haoetimoen's Rafli Samosir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Can Keep made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Asdi Kusnadi kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
