When Osin Adnyana fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tjugenang FC's protests and gave Osin Adnyana a yellow card for diving instead. BASEL FC's Robby Darwis got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mihail Dumitrass short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Putut Suwandi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mihail Dumitras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Putut Suwandi made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihail Dumitras in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Putut Suwandi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 60 minutes into the game, BASEL FC's Mihail Dumitras nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Putut Suwandi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Putut Suwandi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihail Dumitras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mihail Dumitras in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Putut Suwandi saved Tjugenang FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Niculae Fărcășan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Putut Suwandi was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Putut Suwandi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihail Dumitras's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. After 87 minutes, Satria Subagdja mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tjugenang FC and the BASEL FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of Tjugenang FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BASEL FC:s goal. BASEL FC's Edgardo Ekaitz got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the game, Daffa Kunaefi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tjugenang FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BASEL FC the free kick. Daffa Kunaefi hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. 15-0 became the score in the 97th minute when Mihail Dumitras elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the BASEL FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
