Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Nyangnyang Srimulyadi made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th minute, Nyangnyang Srimulyadi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PPSM Magelang fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 9 played minutes FONGIE got a freekick which was hit by Leysus Himawan. PPSM Magelang's Trisno Ramadhan got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of PPSM Magelang booed when FONGIE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Irwansyah didn't get a good kick on the ball. Omo Sumadipraja kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 21 played minutes FONGIE got a freekick which was hit by Kris Yuwono. If Nyangnyang Srimulyadi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trisno Ramadhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Omo Sumadipraja fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Darman Avianto, passed just outside the right post. After 28 minutes, Stevanus Prakoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FONGIE and the PPSM Magelang players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of PPSM Magelang booed when FONGIE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stevanus Prakoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. 1-1 became the score in the 34th minute when Omo Sumadipraja elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Trisno Ramadhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gandung Rahardjo having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Nyangnyang Srimulyadi notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FONGIE's Gandung Rahardjo. Gandung Rahardjo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leysus Himawan to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sakti Haeruddin during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Trisno Ramadhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Leysus Himawan sped through PPSM Magelang's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Darman Avianto. Darman Avianto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omo Sumadipraja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the game, Nyangnyang Srimulyadi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gandung Rahardjo. Nyangnyang Srimulyadi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Gandung Rahardjo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nyangnyang Srimulyadi went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Darman Avianto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leysus Himawan in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leysus Himawan in the 84th minute of play forced PPSM Magelang's goalkeeper Darman Avianto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sakti Haeruddin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Nyangnyang Srimulyadi managed to get in a good position for a shot. PPSM Magelang's supporters rose to their feet, but Nyangnyang Srimulyadi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gandung Rahardjo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Darman Avianto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omo Sumadipraja, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Nyangnyang Srimulyadi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 95th match minute, PPSM Magelang was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakti Haeruddin to maneuver through the defense. PPSM Magelang's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
