Pongangan FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Corrado Zinni ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 83rd match minute, Madrid City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Güray Tuncalp to maneuver through the defense. Didiet Jeliteng hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. If Wang Fei Xing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pongangan FC were furious when Andrzej Kosmatka was red carded, 91 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Corrado Zinni shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Alex Brunov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Maria Cunha in the 96th minute of play. The Madrid City FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Pongangan FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
