Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nguyễn Lam kicked off to start the match. When Ngô Tuan Hoang came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Dat Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ngô Tuan Hoang couldn't finish the play. Nguyễn Chung recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Dat Fc's zone, Chung Chung stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vũ Huy came out of the goal and Chung Chung tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Chung Chung sped through Dat Fc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vũ Huy. Ngô Tuan Hoang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vũ Huy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nguyễn Lam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nguyễn Chung charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nguyễn Chung the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th match minute, Dat Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nguyễn Chung to maneuver through the defense. 2-0 became the score in the 30th minute when Chung Chung elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Ha Dong fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Ha Dong's Nguyễn Lam looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Dat Fc booed when Ha Dong was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Võ Pham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ngô Tuan Hoang struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Phạm Tho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dat Fc. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ngô Tuan Hoang was the one to do the kick off. Nguyễn Lam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Vũ Huy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vũ Huy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chung Chung in the 53rd minute of the match. If Ngô Tuan Hoang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ngô Tuan Hoang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phạm Tho having to interfere. In the 63rd match minute, Dat Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nguyễn Chung to maneuver through the defense. If Chung Chung had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 played minutes Ha Dong got a freekick which was hit by Trần Hoang. In the 86th minute, Chung Chung made a precise shot to the right of Vũ Huy. Dat Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Vũ Huy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nguyễn Lam, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Ha Dong's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
