After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Phan Lien managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nguyễn Duc in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. When Nguyễn Duc came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Soc Trang fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nguyễn Duc couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Tan An getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Lê Hung hit a great ball.
