Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Phan Diem made the kick off which started today's match. Phan Phucs short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Nguyễn Nguyet to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phan Diem in the 9th minute of play forced Son La's goalkeeper Đào Ho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trần Tấn Dũng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Nguyễn Nguyet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Phan Phuc got free with Nguyễn Nguyet in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nguyễn Nguyet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trần Tấn Dũng, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Nguyễn Dung recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Đào Ho came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Ha Dong's Phan Diem. But to his dismay, Phan Diem quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 28thth minute of the game Trần Tấn Dũng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ha Dong's Nguyễn Nguyet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nguyễn Nguyet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trần Tấn Dũng in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Son La's goal looked a bit too open when Phan Diem came free, but Đào Ho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Son La's Trần Tấn Dũng in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ha Dong's goalie prevented a goal. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Son La's goalkeeper Đào Ho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st match minute, Ha Dong was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nguyễn Dung to maneuver through the defense. Phan Phuc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Nguyễn Nguyet made a huge save.
Nguyễn Nguyet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Phan Phuc's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Nguyễn Hoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Nguyễn Nguyet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Trần Tấn Dũng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th match minute, Son La was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trần Nam to maneuver through the defense. Đào Ho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Phan Diem's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ha Dong's zone, Phan Phuc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nguyễn Nguyet came out of the goal and Phan Phuc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Lê Pham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Trần Tấn Dũng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nguyễn Nguyet was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After having played for 83 minutes, Phan Phuc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Son La's supporters crossed their fingers, but Phan Phuc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st match minute, Ha Dong was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lương Tuan to maneuver through the defense. The Ha Dong players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
