Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Trần Minh Phượng started the match with the kick off. Trần Tuyet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trần Minh Phượng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th match minute, Garu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bùi Huỳnh to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nguyễn Cuc got free with Trần Phu in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Trần Minh Phượng managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Trần Minh Phượng was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trần Tuyet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Nguyễn Cuc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trần Phu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hoàng Mai, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Dương Van Tai Em fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trần Tuyet having to interfere. After some careless play in the Cam Ranh defense, Dương Van Tai Em kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Trần Tuyet. The Cam Ranh fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Trần Tuyet should have stopped the shot. Nguyễn Chuong's late challenge caught a Cam Ranh's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nguyễn Chuong helped the player get up and apologised. Nguyễn Chuong hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute of the match Chung Quang Thanh sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Trần Phu skillfully saved the ball. After 39 minutes Cam Ranh's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Phạm Hoang who took care of the corner kick. In the 40th minute, one of Cam Ranh:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cam Ranh. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hoàng Mai was the one to do the kick off. Nguyễn Cuc blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Trần Phu having to make a save. In the 56th minute, Dương Van Tai Em made a precise shot to the right of Trần Tuyet. Cam Ranh's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Cam Ranh's Lý Binh couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 70th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Garu FC. Trần Tuyet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trần Minh Phượng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nguyễn Cuc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hoàng Mai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trần Phu having to interfere. The supporters of Garu FC booed when Cam Ranh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chung Quang Thanh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trần Tuyet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dương Van Tai Em in the 90th minute. Trần Minh Phượng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Trần Tuyet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Cam Ranh's goalkeeper Trần Tuyet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dương Van Tai Em. The Cam Ranh supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Garu FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Garu FC.
