It was a penalty for Mong Cai! The goalkeeper, Chung Nhật Minh, was totally fooled by Binh Duong's Hoàng Bien, who 80 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Nguyễn Mai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute.
