Dong Nai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nguyễn Huỳnh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Lê Mai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Phạm Nguyet hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90thth minute of the game Lê Mai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ronaldo's Phan Phuong was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Phan Phuong stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lê Mai's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Lê Mai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dong Nai's supporters rose to their feet, but Lê Mai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Phan Phuong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Trần Hoang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ronaldo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
