The supporters of Nghe An booed when BINH DINH FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. BINH DINH FC's Vương Duc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save BINH DINH FC from getting a goal against them. Lê Anh Hung showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Đặng Tran in the 86th minute of the match. Nguyễn Tan might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vương Duc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nguyễn Tan ran back to his position shaking his head. When Lê Loc fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BINH DINH FC's protests and gave Lê Loc a yellow card for diving instead. Lê Loc kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Vương Duc didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 95th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nghe An walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
