Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nguyễn Cuc kicked off to start the match. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Võ Van Tai Em sped through Ben Tre's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Trần Minh Phượng. An unexpected shot in the 10th minute by Tạ Nam got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 12thth minute of the game Nguyễn Cuc who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but leo max's Đỗ Nhật Minh was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 17 played minutes leo max got a freekick which was hit by Võ Van Tai Em. Tạ Nam's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Đỗ Nhật Minh skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Tạ Nam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nguyễn Cuc succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Trần Minh Phượng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trần Nam in the 29th minute of the match. Đỗ Nhật Minh acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 32nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nguyễn Van Quyen. Nguyễn Phong's late challenge caught a Ben Tre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nguyễn Phong helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ben Tre booed when leo max was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nguyễn Phong didn't get a good kick on the ball. leo max's Đỗ Nhật Minh proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save leo max from getting a goal against them. Nguyễn Phong was shown his second yellow card after 35 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 35 played minutes leo max got a freekick which was hit by Nguyễn Phong. After having played for 36 minutes, Nguyễn Cuc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ben Tre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nguyễn Cuc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ben Tre's zone, Trần Nam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Trần Minh Phượng came out of the goal and Trần Nam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Tạ Nam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ben Tre's supporters rose to their feet, but Tạ Nam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Đỗ Nhật Minh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tạ Nam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Ben Tre's Nguyễn Cuc sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Đỗ Nhật Minh narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nguyễn Cuc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Trần Nam stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Trần Nam was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 62nd minute. leo max's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Nguyễn Cuc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 played minutes leo max got a freekick which was hit by Nguyễn Huy. When Nguyễn Huy fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored leo max's protests and gave Nguyễn Huy a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, leo max's Nguyễn Huy got a free kick in the 66th minute. Trần Nam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trần Minh Phượng having to interfere. Võ Van Tai Em hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Đỗ Nhật Minh was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 98 minutes of play, leo max's Trần Nam made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Trần Minh Phượng was left in no man's land by his defense there!
