If Phạm Lien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Gia Huy FC booed when Thai Huu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nguyễn Ho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trần Tuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nguyễn Than, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. But to his dismay, Huỳnh Liem quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 29 minutes into the match, Gia Huy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Huỳnh Liem came free, but Trần Tuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lê Hoang kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Đặng Nga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Phạm Lien went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Dương Hung fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Đặng Nga having to interfere. Trần Tuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nguyễn Than, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Nguyễn Ho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nguyễn Than stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Thai Huu FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. In the 66th minute, Thai Huu FC's Nguyễn Than ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Trần Tuan. Trần Tuan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. After 69 played minutes Thai Huu FC got a freekick which was hit by Lê Hoang. A collision led to Gia Huy FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Đặng Hong hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Huỳnh Liem could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Trần Tuan however easily saved by the left post. In the 75th match minute, Thai Huu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Huỳnh Liem to maneuver through the defense. Hoàng Pham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Đặng Hong fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Đặng Nga having to interfere. Gia Huy FC's Đặng Hong got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Đặng Nga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nguyễn Hong went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. In the 92nd minute Lê Hoang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trần Tuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
