Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nguyễn Van Quyen kicked off to start the match. Nguyễn Khoi in the 4thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. After 73 played minutes Dien Bien got a freekick which was hit by Phan Van Tai Em. There was no doubt that Dien Bien were the better team. Dien Bien's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
