The referee ignored FC GOCCAY's protests and gave Trần Thai a yellow card for diving instead. 38 minutes into the match, FC GOCCAY's goal looked a bit too open when Võ Than came free, but Phạm Thanh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lê Phong struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Phạm Thanh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Flash. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lê Tuyet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Team Flash's goalkeeper Trần Tuyet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nguyễn Nam. Nguyễn Quang kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Trần Tuyet was out of position in the 65 minute of play, and Nguyễn Dung capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nguyễn Dung really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Trần Tuyet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nguyễn Quang in the 68th minute of play. Lê Phong struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Phạm Thanh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Flash. With a little luck, Team Flash's Trần Tuyet got control of the ball when Nguyễn Nam tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute Lê Phong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phạm Thanh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Trần Tuyet successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Trần Tuyet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lê Tuyet, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Nguyễn Nam had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Trần Tuyet. Team Flash's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nguyễn Nam was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6.
