In the 4th minute Nguyễn Chuong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phan Chung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Phan Chung took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lê Phu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th match minute, AnHugo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phạm Chi to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Vũ Hanh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phan Chung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Phan Chung didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nguyễn Chuong went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Phan Chung took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nguyễn Chuong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the AnHugo defense, Vũ Hanh kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Phan Chung. The AnHugo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Phan Chung should have stopped the shot. Easup United's Lý Bay got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Lê Phu sped through AnHugo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Phan Chung. In the 34th minute Lê Phu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phan Chung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Trần Tinh scored 0-5 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Phan Chung, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Phan Chung took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trần Tinh, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Phan Chung made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lê Phu in the 41st minute of play. Lê Phu scored 0-6 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Phan Chung, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. AnHugo's Phan Chung played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nguyễn Chuong in the 47th minute of play. Nguyễn Chuong took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Phan Chung. Phan Chung dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lê Chung made a kick off. Phan Chung was a little too slow when Nguyễn Hoang got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-8. Phan Chung showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lê Phu in the 56th minute of the match. Phan Chung made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lê Phu in the 59th minute of play. Vũ Hanh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Phan Chung made a huge save. Phan Chung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lý Bay, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Trần Hoai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dương Lam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Vũ Hanh dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Phan Chung, 0-9. Phan Hanh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Phan Chung made a huge save. Phan Chung was a little too slow when Lê Phu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-10. In the 80th minute Vũ Hanh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phan Chung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vũ Hanh got free with Phan Chung in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Easup United's Vũ Hanh slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Phan Chung. That made the score 0-11 after 83 minutes of play. AnHugo's Phan Chung played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vũ Hanh in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute Nguyễn Chuong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phan Chung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Phan Chung successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. AnHugo's Phan Chung proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save AnHugo from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, AnHugo's Phan Chung got control of the ball when Vũ Hanh tried to sneak it across the goal line. Phan Chung made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vũ Hanh in the 98th minute. Easup United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
