The referee showed Chung Hieu Ngan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 15 played minutes United Fandom FC got a freekick which was hit by Chung Hieu Ngan. Trần Chuong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nguyễn Than hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Phạm Tran made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Bùi Hoang sent off a good shot on target. Bùi Hoang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Phạm Tran made a huge save. After 34 minutes of play manchester united's Trần Tran was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Nguyễn Xuan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nguyễn Tuan Hoang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nguyễn Xuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nguyễn Tuan Hoang in the 42nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in United Fandom FC's zone, Bùi Hoang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Phạm Tran came out of the goal and Bùi Hoang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chung Hieu Ngan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Dương Tu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the manchester united and the United Fandom FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 51st minute, one of manchester united:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for manchester united. Nguyễn Xuan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chung Hieu Ngan went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Bùi Hoang struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Phạm Tran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for manchester united. Bùi Hoang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phạm Tran having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chung Hieu Ngan in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nguyễn Xuan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nguyễn Tuan Hoang could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Nguyễn Xuan made a huge save. Thanks to some nice moves Nguyễn Tuan Hoang could shoot a difficult shot in the 97th minute, which Nguyễn Xuan however easily saved by the left post. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. United Fandom FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
