Dan FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PhuTho the free kick. After 46 played minutes Dan FC got a freekick which was hit by Hoàng Chung. When PhuTho's Trần Bay in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dan FC's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the final whistle sounded PhuTho left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Dan FC.
