Liễu Tuyet came out of the goal and Vasil Kolyovski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Vasil Kolyovski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Liễu Tuyet was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Nico Decius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vũ Duy in the 26th minute of the match. Nico Decius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vũ Duy in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Đinh Nga fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 37 minutes into the game, Lê Binh cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Trần Thanh made a kick off. Nico Decius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trần Thanh, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After having played for 76 minutes, Lê Binh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lao Baoa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lê Binh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nguyễn Tran came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nico Decius could save by the left post. With his leg Nico Decius managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Lao Baoa's Nguyễn Tran fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nico Decius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trần Thanh in the 81st minute of play. Liễu Tuyet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasil Kolyovski in the 83rd minute of play.
