With a couple of smart ball manuevers Phạm Ritchell in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nguyễn Tuan saved Ayun Pa from getting behind. A collision led to Ayun Pa getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Lê Hoang hit a great ball. Lê Hoang scored 1-0 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Phan Phu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Nguyễn Thuy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nguyễn Tuan was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lê Hoang got free with Phan Phu in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nguyễn Tuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nguyễn Ho in the 43rd minute of the match. Trần Duc kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ngô Minh Phượng was the one to do the kick off. Phan Phu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nguyễn Tu in the 59th minute of the match. Nguyễn Tuan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nguyễn Loc in the 60th minute of play. With a little luck, Ayun Pa's Nguyễn Tuan got control of the ball when Nguyễn Loc tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nguyễn Tuan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Trần Hong Minh hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Nguyễn Thuy fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Nguyễn Tuan, passed just outside the right post. With a little luck, Ayun Pa's Nguyễn Tuan got control of the ball when Nguyễn Thuy tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in ⭐Vietnam Stars⭐'s zone, Trần Thai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Phan Phu came out of the goal and Trần Thai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th minute, Ngô Minh Phượng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Đào Than hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 91st match minute, Ayun Pa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nguyễn Tu to maneuver through the defense. Lê Hoang hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Nguyễn Ho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Nguyễn Tuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ayun Pa fans cheered their team off the field, for while ⭐Vietnam Stars⭐ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
