Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Đoàn Tinh kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Lao Bao getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Nguyễn Thien hit a great ball. After 8 played minutes Lao Bao got a freekick which was hit by Phan Loc. The long shot by Nguyễn Lien in the 8th minute really tested Phan Duong's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Đoàn Tinh put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tạ Duc. Phan Duong was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Phan Hoa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Phan Hoa really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. In the 19th minute, Phan Hoa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 24 minutes into the game, Bùi Tuan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Lao Bao's Phan Loc quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Thai Binh's goalkeeper Tạ Duc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 28 played minutes Thai Binh got a freekick which was hit by Nguyễn Duy. Bùi Tuan made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lao Bao's Phan Loc. After 31 played minutes Thai Binh got a freekick which was hit by Bùi Tuan. When Đoàn Tinh came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Lao Bao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Đoàn Tinh couldn't finish the play. After 36 minutes, Đoàn Tinh made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Thai Binh's Tạ Duc tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tạ Duc didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lao Bao's Đoàn Tinh shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. Tạ Duc was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Đoàn Tinh got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 64 minutes into the match, Thai Binh's goal looked a bit too open when Đoàn Tinh came free, but Tạ Duc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Phan Hoa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tạ Duc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Đoàn Tinh in the 80th minute of the match. Đoàn Tinh might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tạ Duc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Đoàn Tinh ran back to his position shaking his head. When Lao Bao's Đoàn Tinh in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some careless play in the Thai Binh defense, Đoàn Tinh kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tạ Duc. The Thai Binh fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tạ Duc should have stopped the shot.
