The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Moncho Lozano notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Poseidon's Mattias Thorsberg. Mattias Thorsberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 7th minute, Ülo Tamberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ĐΔŘҜŇ€ŞŞ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. When Moncho Lozano came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the ĐΔŘҜŇ€ŞŞ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moncho Lozano couldn't finish the play. Gonçalo Loureiro hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Moncho Lozano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mattias Thorsberg. Poseidon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moncho Lozano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 22 minutes into the game, Viktor Skjøde was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ĐΔŘҜŇ€ŞŞ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Poseidon the free kick. After 22 played minutes ĐΔŘҜŇ€ŞŞ got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Skjøde. Mattias Thorsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moncho Lozano, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Mattias Thorsberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ülo Tamberg went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Mattias Thorsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moncho Lozano, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Nuralp Çelikyay scored 0-5 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mattias Thorsberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nuralp Çelikyay made a kick off. Mattias Thorsberg was a little too slow when Moncho Lozano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-7. Poseidon's Mattias Thorsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ülo Tamberg in the 62nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuralp Çelikyay got free with Mattias Thorsberg in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mattias Thorsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ülo Tamberg in the 66th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonçalo Loureiro during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
