Boca Juniors's Dale Nair tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Whickham City's Azly Chien-Kwan got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 38th minute Amir Abisheganaden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dale Nair saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Azly Chien-Kwan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 39th minute. Whickham City's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hidayat Ramachandran was the one to do the kick off. Amir Abisheganaden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dale Nair took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amir Abisheganaden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute, Mujahid Swee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Whickham City fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Whickham City's Amir Abisheganaden looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Azly Chien-Kwan in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dale Nair saved Boca Juniors from getting behind. If Zack Sum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amir Abisheganaden scored 5-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dale Nair, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute, Azly Chien-Kwan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute Azly Chien-Kwan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dale Nair saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sajeev Hian struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Dale Nair didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Whickham City. Khairul Chew charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Khairul Chew the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 83 played minutes Whickham City got a freekick which was hit by Khairul Chew. Amir Abisheganaden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Dale Nair tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dale Nair made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Azly Chien-Kwan in the 90th minute of play. After 91 minutes, Amir Abisheganaden made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Boca Juniors's Dale Nair tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dale Nair showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amir Abisheganaden in the 95th minute of the match.
