Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) Farhan Chee made the kick off and thus started the match. When Jerry Low came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Scofton City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jerry Low couldn't finish the play. Jerry Low took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gara Hsin. Gara Hsin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danial Seng in the 15th minute of play forced Teignmouth's goalkeeper Gara Hsin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Jerry Low got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd match minute, Scofton City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ong Lee to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Jerry Low left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Scofton City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Jerry Low recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute Jerry Low shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gara Hsin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Jerry Low managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scofton City's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerry Low was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gara Hsin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Teignmouth defense, Zack Teo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gara Hsin. The Teignmouth fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gara Hsin should have stopped the shot. Danial Seng struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Gara Hsin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scofton City.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jerry Low made a kick off. If Danial Seng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Danial Seng got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jerry Low fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gara Hsin having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerry Low in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gara Hsin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 75 played minutes Scofton City got a freekick which was hit by Muhammad Seng. Jerry Low sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 83 minutes, Jerry Low managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scofton City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerry Low was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Merlin Shyan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 97th minute. Scofton City's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Scofton City played a much better game than Teignmouth and deserved their victory. The Teignmouth players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
