Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gerard Dhanabalan kicked off to start the match. Khairil Seah hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the game, Arif Amin threw the ball into play from the sideline. Holton-le-Clay's Tan Kool quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tan Kool in the 9th minute of play forced Liskeard AFC's goalkeeper Alam Lee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Khairil Hoe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Rifki Tan made a huge save. Alam Lee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Firdauz Hongyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerard Dhanabalan took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rifki Tan. Rifki Tan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Alan Hsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rifki Tan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Shafiq Wah in the 22nd minute. In the 27th minute, Shafiq Wah left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liskeard AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zafran Lim during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th minute, Zafran Lim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the game, Liskeard AFC's Zafran Lim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rifki Tan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Alan Hsi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alam Lee having to make a save. Rifki Tan made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Khairil Hoe sent off a good shot on target. After 43 played minutes Holton-le-Clay got a freekick which was hit by Tan Kool. Thanks to some nice moves Shafiq Wah could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Rifki Tan however easily saved by the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Firdauz Hongyi made a kick off. A collision led to Liskeard AFC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Khairil Hoe hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shafiq Wah in the 55th minute of play forced Holton-le-Clay's goalkeeper Rifki Tan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alan Hsi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alam Lee read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Rifki Tan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shafiq Wah in the 59th minute of the match. When Khairil Seah fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Holton-le-Clay's protests and gave Khairil Seah a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Liskeard AFC booed when Holton-le-Clay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Khairil Seah didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute Gerard Dhanabalan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rifki Tan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alan Hsi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute Khairil Hoe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rifki Tan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rifki Tan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khairil Hoe in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Shafiq Wah left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liskeard AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Alan Hsi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Holton-le-Clay's supporters rose to their feet, but Alan Hsi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alam Lee breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 79 played minutes Holton-le-Clay got a freekick which was hit by SK Hong. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amir Tuan during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amir Tuan kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Alan Hsi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
