Rifki Tan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniz Ning, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bryan Wenyong in the 30th minute of play forced Holton-le-Clay's goalkeeper Rifki Tan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bryan Wenyong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Rifki Tan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Afriz Choo kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Rifki Tan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniz Ning in the 42nd minute of the match. Alan Hsi struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Ali Chian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Holton-le-Clay. Holton-le-Clay's Alan Hsi got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Firdauz Hongyi made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Holton-le-Clay's goal looked a bit too open when Bryan Wenyong came free, but Rifki Tan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th match minute, Holton-le-Clay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tan Kool to maneuver through the defense. Alan Hsi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ali Chian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But to his dismay, Bryan Wenyong quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Rifki Tan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniz Ning in the 85th minute. Alan Hsi might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ali Chian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alan Hsi ran back to his position shaking his head. Rifki Tan made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Daniz Ning sent off a good shot on target. The Holton-le-Clay supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Harrow's performance. The match ended with a win for Harrow.
