To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Noh Lum made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Lim in the 36th minute. Noh Lum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Cantiello, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When Saul Cantiello came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Werkster Khakis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saul Cantiello couldn't finish the play.

After having played for 61 minutes, Victor Lim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Werkster Khakis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Lim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th minute, one of Dunchurch:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dunchurch. Vance Lagdon shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 68 minutes into the match, Werkster Khakis's Saul Cantiello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Noh Lum narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Saul Cantiello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Noh Lum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Lim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noh Lum having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Werkster Khakis players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
