Spectators: 6806 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1806, VIP seats: 0) Prudhoe's Victor Henderson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Victor Henderson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Victor Henderson came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Prudhoe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Henderson couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes into the game, Steven Hee was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fevorost Leone's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Prudhoe the free kick. Steven Hee hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Shukrie Yip hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute of the match Hamir Siong shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alan Chan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Afriz Chew made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khai Shiong in the 24th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Farhan Dryburgh during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Farhan Dryburgh kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Victor Henderson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afriz Chew having to interfere. After 31 played minutes Prudhoe got a freekick which was hit by Amir Yip. After a defensive mix-up in Fevorost Leone's zone, Farhan Dryburgh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afriz Chew came out of the goal and Farhan Dryburgh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Victor Henderson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afriz Chew was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. 35 minutes into the match, Prudhoe's Victor Henderson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Afriz Chew narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Victor Henderson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afriz Chew read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Prudhoe's Victor Henderson got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Victor Henderson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 45th minute Victor Henderson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afriz Chew saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Farhan Dryburgh sped through Fevorost Leone's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Afriz Chew. The Fevorost Leone players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Prudhoe were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rifqi Dhanabalan to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Fevorost Leone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steven Hee to maneuver through the defense. Fevorost Leone's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Victor Henderson scored to the left of an out of position Afriz Chew, making the score, 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Henderson in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Afriz Chew saved Fevorost Leone from getting behind. Alan Chan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faiz Hui in the 66th minute of the match. Farhan Dryburgh struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Afriz Chew didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Prudhoe. Faizal Chuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alan Chan having to interfere. After having played for 72 minutes, Victor Henderson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Prudhoe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Henderson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Afriz Chew made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Farhan Dryburgh sent off a good shot on target. Farhan Dryburgh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Afriz Chew tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Afriz Chew successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Farhan Dryburgh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Prudhoe's goalkeeper Alan Chan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Prudhoe fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Prudhoe's Victor Henderson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 92 minutes, Sarb Seng mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Prudhoe and the Fevorost Leone players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Prudhoe getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Sarb Seng hit a great ball. Prudhoe's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
