After 14 minutes of play, Campione United's Wei Xuan Lee made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronn Chew was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bryan Abisheganaden charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bryan Abisheganaden the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bryan Abisheganaden hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wei Xuan Lee in the 22nd minute of play forced ≮王者归来≯小坏蛋's goalkeeper Ronn Chew to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Fariz Abdul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronn Chew saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Campione United's Alan Pillai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Campione United from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute, Wei Xuan Lee got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Rifqi Phua had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ronn Chew. ≮王者归来≯小坏蛋's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rifqi Phua was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Ronn Chew showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fariz Abdul, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Alan Pillai made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Bryan Abisheganaden sent off a good shot on target. During the 47th minute of the match Sharizan Dryburgh completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sharizan Dryburgh a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Sharizan Dryburgh hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arif Ching to make the kick off. Ronn Chew came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Campione United's Fariz Abdul. But to his dismay, Fariz Abdul quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Fariz Abdul recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rifqi Phua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 62 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯小坏蛋's goalkeeper Ronn Chew had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fariz Abdul. 64 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯小坏蛋's goal looked a bit too open when Fariz Abdul came free, but Ronn Chew reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wei Xuan Lee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ronn Chew tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, ≮王者归来≯小坏蛋's Ronn Chew got control of the ball when Fariz Abdul tried to sneak it across the goal line. Campione United made a substitution. Zack Singh replaced Tan Hoe. After a rather tough play, Campione United's Tan Hoe got a free kick in the 78th minute. After some careless play in the Campione United defense, Arif Ching kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alan Pillai. The Campione United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alan Pillai should have stopped the shot. Arif Ching sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 85 in the game by Fariz Abdul from a close distance when the talented Ronn Chew managed to make a qualified save. ≮王者归来≯小坏蛋's players were relieved. When Fariz Abdul came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Campione United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fariz Abdul couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the game, Clive Shyan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ≮王者归来≯小坏蛋's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Campione United the free kick. Clive Shyan hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the match was over Campione United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ≮王者归来≯小坏蛋 throughout the match.
