Steven Nair showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sharizan Shiong in the 5th minute of the match. Woodlesford's Shahron Lam suffered a concussion after 7 minutes and had to leave the field. Sarb Wenyong's late challenge caught a Woodlesford's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sarb Wenyong helped the player get up and apologised. After 9 minutes of play, Woodlesford's Firdauz Hee made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Steven Nair was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12th minute, Sarb Wenyong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Steven Nair showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sharizan Wenyong in the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Padstow AFC's Joel Sim got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute, Firdauz Hee got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Firdauz Hee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Steven Nair tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Steven Nair made an important save on a dangerous shot by Afiz Teo in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Firdauz Hee ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Steven Nair was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Firdauz Hee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The wind increased when Albert Low made the kick off in the second half. Firdauz Hee's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Steven Nair read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Firdauz Hee in the 52nd minute of play forced Padstow AFC's goalkeeper Steven Nair to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Steven Nair made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Firdauz Hee in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Padstow AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Firdauz Hee came free, but Steven Nair reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ang Hongyi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albert Low's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. In the 62nd minute Sharizan Wenyong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steven Nair saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, Padstow AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sarb Wenyong to maneuver through the defense. Woodlesford's Firdauz Hee got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Padstow AFC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Joel Sim hit a great ball. The supporters of Woodlesford booed when Padstow AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sarb Wenyong didn't get a good kick on the ball. Steven Nair showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Firdauz Hee in the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Albert Low hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Firdauz Hee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steven Nair took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Firdauz Hee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Firdauz Hee might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Steven Nair. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Firdauz Hee ran back to his position shaking his head. Steven Nair made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sharizan Wenyong in the 79th minute of play. Afiz Teo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steven Nair having to interfere. Afiz Teo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. If Sharizan Wenyong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sharizan Wenyong took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steven Nair. Steven Nair dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0.
