The Rudston FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Darryl Keng should have stopped the shot. Shah Shyan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shah Shyan in the 39th minute of play forced Rudston FC's goalkeeper Darryl Keng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Shenley United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shah Shyan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ali Tioe hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Darryl Keng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shah Shyan, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Darryl Keng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shah Shyan in the 61st minute of play. When Shahiran Laycock fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rudston FC's protests and gave Shahiran Laycock a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Shah Shyan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Darryl Keng. That made the score 0-4 in the 69 minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Shah Shyan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Darryl Keng. Shah Shyan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Ryan Lee kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After 94 played minutes Rudston FC got a freekick which was hit by Ali Tioe. Shenley United played a much better game than Rudston FC and deserved their victory. The Rudston FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
