Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Felix Soon started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Soon in the 3rd minute of play forced Boscastle's goalkeeper Jithu Hsi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Darryl Au kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. If Felix Soon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aziz Cheng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Ronn Lim made a huge save. Ronn Lim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sarb Hee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Felix Soon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jithu Hsi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aziz Cheng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Ronn Lim made a huge save. When Rawtenstall FC's Felix Soon in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jithu Hsi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 34 minutes into the match, Boscastle's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Soon came free, but Jithu Hsi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Rawtenstall FC's Felix Soon fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Aziz Cheng succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 39th playminute. After 44 played minutes Rawtenstall FC got a freekick which was hit by Danial Lee. Felix Soon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jithu Hsi having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Sarb Hee made the kick off in the second half. Danial Lee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Darryl Au hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the match, Rawtenstall FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aziz Cheng came free, but Ronn Lim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronn Lim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aziz Cheng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iskandar Chan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jithu Hsi firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 75th minute Aziz Cheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronn Lim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronn Lim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sarb Hee in the 77th minute of play. Ronn Lim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aziz Cheng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Boscastle's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Soon came free, but Jithu Hsi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the game, Rawtenstall FC's Felix Soon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jithu Hsi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Rawtenstall FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
